Freshman guard, Christavious Gill is this week's UNOPrivateers.com Student Athlete of the Week.

Gill helped vault the Privateers to a sweep on the weekend by averaging 18.5 points in two wins at Houston Baptist and Texas A & M-Corpus Christi. Gill shot 50 percent (11-of-22) from the field and hit 5-of-11 three-pointers on the weekend.

It was a banner weekend for Gill, who notched back-to-back career highs. His 18 points against Houston Baptist represented a career-best until Saturday when he poured in 19 at Texas A & M-Corpus Christi. Gill has five double-digit scoring efforts in his last six games.
