Darron McKigney pitched 7.1 innings of scoreless relief, and struck out eight batters on Saturday at Incarnate Word for his first career victory as a Privateer. His strong relief effort allowed New Orleans to rally from six runs down to win the game 10-6. Darron's eight strike outs were a Privateer high this season, and he is tied for seventh in the Southland in total strikeouts.
