Cameron Wheeless played a key role for the Privateers this past week.

The third baseman hit 7-for-14 at the plate for a .500 batting average while also totaling a .857 slugging percentage. The offensive production by Wheeless helped UNO to a .340 batting average in the three games contested.

Wheeless tallied at least two hits in each of the three games this week and currently has at least two hits in the last four contests after failing to tally a multi-hit game in the first six appearances he made on the season.

The best game for Wheeless came on Sunday as he completed a doubleheader by going five-for-10 with three runs and a RBI.
 
For the week, Wheeless produced five runs, two doubles, a home run, three RBIs and 12 total bases.
