NEW ORLEANS – Bryson Robinson went 4-of-8 from deep and led the squad with 21 points but New Orleans (4-9, 0-3 Southland) fell to Lamar (8-6, 2-1 Southland) 74-67 Thursday evening at Lakefront Arena. The loss snapped a six-game win streak versus the Cardinals.
Robinson was 6-of-12 overall and has reached double figures in every game this season.
Troy Green added 16 points. Lamar led by as much as 16 before halftime, but the Privateers cut it to a one-possession game following Green's jumper at the 16:47 mark in the second stanza.

"It was a tough game; both teams played extremely hard and it was back and forth. We have to make the plays to get us to where we want to be."
