Became eligible at semester break… Did not play singles’ and only matches in doubles’ play, going 1-1 alongside Christoffer Appelgren… Pair won 8-3 against Oral Roberts at No. 3 court, before falling 8-7 at No. 3 against Nicholls State..

Attended Escola Secundaria de Sao Joao do Estoril... Playing for the New University of Lisbon, was a member of a team that finished as National University Championships runner-up... Reached the semifinals of the National University Championships in singles.
