Biography
JUNIOR SEASON (2014-15)
Finished 12-11 in singles and 9-8 in doubles...Played primarily at #1 position in both singles and doubles...4-7 mark in conference play...Along with Marta Sans, won eight of first nine doubles matches...Picked up a win over LSU's Noel Scott, taking the first set before Scott retired from the match in the second set...Won the consolation finals in Flight 1 at the Big Easy Classic...Moved career total to 38 singles victories.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2013-14)
Led the team in wins for a second consecutive season with 12 victories in 18 matches and was 9-3 in conference play...Was named All-LSWA and was also an All-Southland second team and a Southland All-Academic selection...Went on a six-match winning streak from Mar. 7-29...In doubles, went 10-7 including an 8-5 mark with Marta Sans...Spent the year alternating between the 1 and 2 position in singles.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2012-13)
Won a team-high 16 matches overall and 14 matches during dual season for records of 16-7 and 14-4, respectively... Finished season on six match winning streak with wins in eight of final 10 matches... Six-match winning streak included wins in straight sets over Alcorn State, Xavier, Loyola, Auburn-Montgomery, West Florida and Jackson State... Also posted wins early in season against Sam Houston State, Prairie View A&M, McNeese State and Nicholls State... Was 13-4 at No. 3 court with a victory in lone appearance at No. 2... Reached consolation finals of Big Easy Classic's Flight 2, while also reaching Flight 2 semifinals at Northwestern State Lady Demon Invite... Combined for an 11-9 doubles record and 10-6 in dual play... Went 10-9 (9-6 dual) with Kristina Martic, all at the No. 1 court... Added lone dual doubles' win with Paula Jimenez Sanchez over Louisiana-Lafayette... Along with Martic, beat tandems from Sam Houston State, Southern Miss, Illinois State and Xavier.
