2024-2025 SENIOR (SOUTHEASTERN)
Named first team All-Southland after averaging 14.5 points per game and shooting .464 from the floor … the primary ball handler for the Lions averaged 4.2 assists per game … he also pulled down 4.5 rebounds per game and had 1.9 steals per game and earned a spot on the Southland All-Defensive team … Buckley was named Southland Player of the Week twice (Feb. 10 and Feb. 17).

Played in 61 games with 18 starts for the Cardinals between 2022-2024 … averaged 7.7 points per game on 38.8% shooting from the floor … made 72.9% of his free throws … career highs in Beaumont included 22 points at TCU in 2022, 6 rebounds at HCU in 2023 and at UNO in 2024, and 7 assists vs. Lindenwood in 2022, and vs. Nicholls in 2024 and 6 steals vs. Our Lady of the Lake in 2022.

Led TVCC to the NJCAA National Tournament as a freshman … scored 34 points with 7 rebounds and 5 assists during a Region XIV tournament victory … as a sophomore scored 18.4 points per game and grabbed 4.6 rebounds per game … was second in the NJCAA in assists per game during his second season at 7.8 assists per game.
