BEFORE NEW ORLEANS Played in 35 games, started in 34 at Dallas College - Eastfield Campus...Averaged 24.6 points per game ...Averaged 7.7 rebounds per game.....Shot 76.5% from the field and 33.1% from beyond the arc...Had a season-high of 51 points in a win against against Dallas Christian College JV. At Arkansas State University Mid-South, Simes averaged 9.1 points per game
HIGH SCHOOL Simes helped lead the North Little Rock Charging Wildcats (22-5) to the 6A State Tournament quarterfinals before falling to eventual Co-State Champion Conway..Simes averaged 14.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game while shooting 57% from the field. He earned All-Conference honors as well as being named to both the 6A All-State team and the 6A All-State Tournament team...Playing varsity for three seasons, Simes has been a part of arguably the state's top basketball program in the last decade and played with some of the nation's top talent... As a sophomore, he was part of a 26-5 squad that won the 7A State Championship, playing with concensus national top 100 player Moses Moody who is now with the Arkansas Razorbacks.
