NEW ORLEANS -- The University of New Orleans men's and women's basketball programs held its annual basketball media day on Wednesday at Lakefront Arena.
Head coaches Joe Pasternack and Amy Champion, along with Kyndall Dykes, T.J. Worley and Ashley Alexander, were on hand to meet with the media and preview the upcoming 2008-09 season.
Representatives from WDSU (ch. 7 on Cox Cable), WGNO (Ch. 11), WVUE (Ch. 9) and WWL (Ch. 3) were on hand as well as Times Picayune writers Pierce Huff, John DeShazier and Michael Arvites. Other media outlets in attendance included the UNO Driftwood, NOLA.com and NewOrleans.com.
