Farydah Inoussa is this week's UNOPrivateers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Inoussa turned in a first place finish in the women's pentathlon, turning in a total of 3,560 points at the Howie Ryan Invitational in Houston. Her margin of victory over second place was 127 points.

In the five-discipline event, Inoussa took first place in two events, the 60-meter hurdles and the long jump. The point total is the highest of any Southland competitior this indoor season, and Inoussa beat competitiors from conference foes, Stephen F. Austin, Central Arkansas, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Incarnate Word, and Houston Baptist.
