Michael Batson is this week's UNOPrivateers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Batson broke a school record for the 800-meter in the Battle on the Bayou meet which was held in Baton Rouge over the weekend. Batson finished third with a time of 1:49.66.

The clocking set a new school record and also placed Batson in 12th in the nation in the 800.
