Farydah Inoussa is this week's UNOPrivateers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Inoussa took first place in the women's heptathlon at the Southland Conference Championships over the weekend. Inoussa finished with a total of 5,168 points from the seven events.

It was a fast start for Inoussa who set the tone by finishing first in the first event (100-meter hurdles). Inoussa also had top two finishes in three other events- shot put, 200-meter, and long jump. Inoussa finished 151 points ahead of second place (Nicole Jenrette- Sam Houston State).
