Benincasa and Sans defeated Loyola's Kanda Borgononi and Christian Krtalic 8-0 before dispatching Maria Vargas and Hagar Caro of Auburn-Montgomery 8-1.
The victory over AUM clinched the doubles' point and provided the Privateers momentum heading into singles' play. The duo of Sans and Benincasa have not conceded more than three games to any of their last four opponents and have won 7 of 10 matches.
