LAKE CHARLES, LA.- Four Privateers hit double-figures for New Orleans men's basketball (7-13, 2-5 SLC) in the 102-65 loss to McNeese at the Legacy Center Saturday afternoon.
Turk Vincent led the team in scoring with 13 points and six rebounds. In both their second consecutive games in double-figures,
Khaleb Wilson-Rouse and
Tyson Jackson poured in 12 and 10 points respectively. Â
Jordan Johnson accounted for 11 points, while Jackson also led defensively with 13 boards.
New Orleans led by as much as five points in opening half, before McNeese took command of the game. The Silver and Blue shot 40.3% from the field and 46.2% from the foul line.
The Cowboys shot 62.3% from the field and nearly 70% from the foul line to remain the only undefeated team in the conference. They, too, had four in double-figures.
UP NEXT: New Orleans will conclude its three-game road swing at Lamar on Monday. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
