Biography

Career Notes: Two-year college letterwinner – one at Pittsburgh, one at New Orleans – has played in 55 matches and 170 sets so far during her career…posted 245 kills (1.44/set), 101 blocks (0.59/set), 35 digs (0.21/set), 10 assists (0.06) and one service ace (0.01/set) while scoring 300.5 points (1.77/set) to date.
 
2015: Saw action in 105 sets over 33 matches with 26 starts as a junior…named Louisiana Newcomer of the Year and honorable-mention all-state after finishing second in total blocks (57), block assists (50) and attack percentage (.284), third in solo blocks (7) and fifth in kills (171) to go with 22 digs and seven assists…tallied five-plus kills on 16 occasions and 16 multiple-block outings…recorded a career-high 13 kills vs Sam Houston State (11/7) and Jackson State (11/16)…logged a season-best five blocks twice: all assists at Houston Baptist (9/24) and 1 solo, 4 assists at Nicholls (10/6)…scored a career-high 14 points in both of his 13-kill contests, adding a pair of block assists in each contest…added a season-best two digs vs Fordham at the FGCU Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites Classic (8/29), at Nicholls, vs Stephen F. Austin (10/17) and at Southeastern Louisiana (11/3)…off the court, was a member of the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll and UNO’s 3.0 Club.
 
Prior To UNO: Spent three years at Pittsburgh for coach Dan Fisher…was part of Panthers teams that combined for a 61-34 overall record and a 31-22 mark in Atlantic Coast Conference action…saw action in 22 matches and 65 sets, tallying a combined 74 kills (1.14/set), 44 blocks (0.68/set) to go with 13 digs and one service ace…limited to one match as a sophomore, posting two kills in as many swings vs Bowling Green (8/30/14)...played in 64 sets over 21 matches with 12 starts as a redshirt freshman in 2013…finished fifth on the team in blocks per set (0.69) and attack percentage (.250) after posting 72 kills and 32 errors in 160 swings while chipping in with 13 digs, three assists and an ace…tallied five-plus kills on seven occasions and 10 multiple-block outings…recorded a season-best 10 kills at Boston College (11/17/13)…logged a career-high seven blocks (all assists) at North Carolina State (10/27/13)…scored a season-high 11 points after posting nine kills and four block assists to go with two digs and an assist at Notre Dame (11/3/13)…posted a career-best three digs at Virginia Tech (11/30/13)…did not play as a true freshman in 2012 and redshirted the season.
 
High School: Three-year letterwinner at Bishop O’Connell High for coach Michael Barnett…helped lead the Knights to a combined 46-28 overall record, a 26-18 mark in Maryland Washington Catholic League play and three trips to the state playoffs, including a 25-6 campaign with an MWCL championship courtesy of a perfect 13-0 league record and a trip to the VISAA Division I semifinals as a junior…earned first-team Washington Post All-Metro honors her final two prep seasons…twice named All-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference, garnering second-team recognition as a senior after posting 100 kills (1.41/set) and 35 blocks (0.49/set) to go with 18 digs and 17 service aces while hitting .326 in 71 sets and claiming third-team distinction as a junior after tallying 152 kills (1.81/set) and 53 digs (0.63/set) with 10 aces and eight digs while hitting .293 in 84 sets…awarded Coaches Award For Leadership as a senior, helping the team win the Model Invitational and claiming a spot on the all-tournament team that year…at the club level, posted 165 years with Loudoun White as a sophomore, 175 wins with NVVA Select as a junior and 18 with I.C.E. NVVA Select as a senior…also lettered twice in track and field…off the court, was a member of the National Honor Society, National Latin Honor Society and Honor Roll while maintaining a 3.75 GPA.
