- Four-year letterman at Archbishop Rummel High School, playing under head coach Nick Monica
- Helped team to a combined 61-43 overall record, 17-14 in 5A District 9 play, with three-consecutive trips to the LHSAA Class 5A State Tournament
- Ranked as the 11^th best shortstop in Louisiana’s class of 2016 and the 48^th overall prospect by Perfect Game and earned Southeast Region honorable mention accolades from Perfect Game as a senior.
