Biography

SENIOR SEASON (2012)
Playing lone season at UNO, appeared in 43 games - all starts... Batted .305 with 31 runs, 47 hits, 23 RBIs...Had two home runs and swiped 14 bases... Stole three bases on Feb. 24 against LSU-Alexandria... Started UNO career by going 14-of-34 for a .412 batting average... The opening stretch included a 10-game hitting streak, the longest on the squad for the season... Third on team with 12 multi-hit games...Second on team with five multi-RBI games.

SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
Played strictly football for head coach Mike Lucas...Named an honorable mention All-American selection in 2010... In 2010, played in all 11 games and had 39 tackles and 14 assists tackles... Season-high of seven tackles against Texas State-San Marcos.... Totaled 3 tackles for a loss... Picked off four passes and tallied six pass breakups.. In 2009, played in all 11 games, contributing on special teams and in the secondary … Made 13 tackles (five solo) while also breaking up three passes … Made season-high five tackles at Ole Miss … Credited with three stops versus Central Arkansas and Stephen F. Austin … Broke up passes in victories over Texas A&M-Commerce, Union College and Central Arkansas.

Two-sport star at East Central (Miss.) Community College where he also played baseball … Posted 28 tackles with two interceptions and 12 pass breakups as a sophomore … Named second team JUCO All-State and participated in the Mississippi JUCO All-Star Game … Coached at ECCC by Steve Cheatham … Earned honorable mention JUCO All-American honors as a freshman … Played baseball as a freshman, hitting .338 with 16 stolen bases... Graduate dwith honors from East Central.

HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year starter in the outfield and also at wide receiver for Louisville High School... In baseball, was an All-State selection in 2006 and 2007, while earning All-Region recognition in 2005, 2006 and 2007... Set high school records in baseball including most hights in a game (5) and highest batting average (.479)... As a wide receiver, named one of the top 40 juniors in the state while also receiving All-State (2006 & 2007) and All-Region (2005, 2006 and 2007) accolades... Graduated top 25 in high school class... Named Who's Who Amongst American High School Students.
