Prior to her time at Dillard, Williams spent the 2017-18 academic year as the head athletic trainer at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas.Â
Williams began her career in athletic training as an intern at Louisiana College working with both the men's and women's basketball programs while also assisting with junior varsity and varsity football. She has also spent three years (2014-17) working as an athletic trainer for Pivot Physical Therapy in Maryland.
A member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Williams received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Ashland University in 2012, before earning her master's degree in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay in 2013.
