Andre Damiens is this week's UNOPrivateers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Damiens had a strong close to the series against McNeese State. In the second game, Damiens came in as a defensive substitution at first base and proceeded to go 2-for-5 with three RBIs while starting a Privateer rally that carried the contest to extra innings. On Sunday, Damiens drove in two more runs while collecting three hits.

In all, Damiens went 5-for-11 over the final two days against McNeese with five RBIs after entering the series with three RBIs on the season. Damiens has eight hits in his last four games.
