HOW IT HAPPENED
The Privateers answered an early Southern lead with a four spot in the third to get their first lead of the night.

Darren Willis. With
Pearce Howard batting, a wild pitch scored Morrill from third to put New Orleans ahead.
Later in the frame,
Gaige Howard drove a ball into the gap. The first run came in on the single and another came in on an ensuing bobble in left allowed
Tresten Kennard to score all the way from first base.
New Orleans added another run against Bohannon in the fifth.
Collin Morrill jumped on the first pitch and drove it out to left for his sixth homer of the year. That total moved him into the team lead in homers.
Southern cooked up a big rally in the seventh to cut the New Orleans lead to 5-4. The Jaguars had four hits including three doubles. The last was a two-run double roped down the first base line by Javeyan Williams which plated two runs.
