NEW ORLEANS – The homestand comes to a close in a big way Saturday as the University of New Orleans (8-10, 5-2 Southland) welcomes the University of the Incarnate Word (5-11, 0-6 Southland) at 6:35 p.m. at Lakefront Arena.
The game will be streamed on ESPN3 and on WatchESPN. Lyn Rollins and Jordy Hultberg will be on the call and Brian Watts will produce.

The Privateers end their homestand with Incarnate Word Saturday on ESPN3/WatchESPN. New Orleans is 6-1 at Lakefront Arena and looks to end its homestand 2-1 when the visiting Cardinals enter town.
Saturday is #LoadTheLakefront and all fans in attendance are invited to attend the indoor tailgate that begins at 3:30 p.m. The women tip off at 4:05 p.m. and the men are scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
Travin Thibodeaux has reached double figures in 11 consecutive games. Entering the season, his career-high was 18 points. This year, he has matched or surpassed the total 10 times.
ABOUT INCARNATE WORD
The Cardinals are in the midst of an eight game losing streak and are 0-8 away from the McDermott Center.
Jalin Hart will not play but the leading scorer is New Orleans native Charles Brown III, who is averaging 13.3 points. Coach Burmeister's son Sam is connecting on over 37.0 percent of his three-pointers.

The Privateers defeated Incarnate Word 87-72 last season in the lone meeting. In last season's meeting,
Travin Thibodeaux posted 15 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals and

THIBODEAUX GOES BACK-TO-BACK
Travin Thibodeaux is putting together his best offensive season as a Privateer. The Plaquemine native entered with zero 20 point games in three seasons and begins the week with seven in 2017-18, including back-to-back 20-point performances at Stephen F. Austin (Jan. 10) and in the 61-55 victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Jan. 13). In Wednesday's contest against Central Arkansas, he scored a team-high 18 points, reaching double figures in 11 consecutive games.
ZEKE LEADS THE WAY in 3FG
Ezekiel Charles' 49.2 percent shooting from three-point range leads the way after draining two of his five attempts versus the Bears Wednesday.
ZENO COMING ON STRONG
Michael Zeno reached double figures in three consecutive games prior to this week. In seven conference games, he is averaging 7.3 points per game.
NEXT UP
The Privateers hit the road to conclude the first half of Southland Conference play. New Orleans is at Northwestern State University Wednesday and have the second meeting in a week against Incarnate Word Saturday.
