NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans (4-4) welcomes Williams Baptist University (5-5) Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Alario Center. Tickets are just $5 if purchased online using the code "Best Bank".

TIP-OFF
 • The Privateers host their final home game of the calendar year when Williams Baptist enters Louisiana.
• New Orleans will play at the Alario Center for the third time as a program and first since New Year's Eve 2005 when UNO defeated Tulane 50-49.
Troy Green is coming off a career best performance as the sophomore guard scored 19 points last week at Tulsa.
• Sixteen of Green's 19 came in the second half as the Privateers outscored the Golden Hurricane by 10 in the second stanza.
• UNO is 3-0 versus the Eagles with wins in each of the previous three seasons.
• A quick turnaround awaits the Privateers with New Orleans visiting Pittsburgh Thursday at 7 p.m. That game will be televised on ACC Network Extra. The link can be found on UNOPrivateers.com.
• The Privateers have seen six different starting five this season. The lone player to start at eight games is Scott Plaisance Jr. The senior is averaging 10.0 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.5 blocks.
• New Orleans ranks fourth nationally in steals per game and turnovers forced with 10.8 and 19.5, respectively. It also ranks No. 23 in assists per game with 17.9/contest.
• NOTE: It is Ugly Sweater Night at the Alario Center. All fans are encouraged to wear their ugliest sweater.
 
ABOUT THE PRIVATEERS
New Orleans leads the Southland Conference in assists (17.88), steals (10.75) and blocks (4.75). The Privateers are second in turnover margin (19.5) and assist/turnover ratio (1.14). The squad has two players averaging double figures in Ezekiel Charles (12.3) and Scott Plaisance Jr. (10.0).
 
Charles' 45.7 percent shooting from three-point range is tops in the league.
 
ABOUT THE EAGLES
Four players averaged double figures, led by Briheam Anthony's 16.7 points and Devante Carolina's 16.3.
 
The duo has 10 starts apiece. The Eagles are coming off back-to-back overtime losses and are 5-5 on the year.
 
THE SERIES
New Orleans is 3-0 versus Williams Baptist with wins in each of the previous three seasons.
 
SWARMING DEFENSE
With a defense ranked in the top five in steals and turnovers, UNO has forced 15+ turnovers five times this season and 20+ three times. The Privateers collected 10+ steals four times.
 
BALANCED ATTACK CONTINUES
In the win over South Alabama (November 28), UNO featured four double digit scorers. They are 3-0 when four or more players reached double figures.
 
SCOTTIE P
Scott Plaisance Jr. is the only student-athlete to start all eight games this season. His frontcourt mate Gerrale Gates has seven starts to his name as a true freshmen. .
 
33 FOR THREE
Ezekiel Charles led the conference in three-point shooting last season and is atop the charts again early on this season at 45.7 percent from long distance. On the year, Zeke is averaging 12.3 points per game and is connecting on 49.3 percent of his shots.
