NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans (10-9, 5-3 Southland) returns to Lakefront Arena for two games this week, beginning with Northwestern State University (7-13, 2-5 Southland) Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Wednesday is Faculty Appreciation Night at Lakefront Arena. At halftime, student-athletes with a 3.0 GPA in the fall semester will be recognized.

Bryson Robinson shot 58.3 percent from three-point range and drained 14 triples in two games. The junior scored 28 points at Central Arkansas and followed with 19 in a win at UIW. On the week, he averaged 23.5 points and added 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals.

FREE THROW IMPROVEMENT
The Privateers went 15-of-19 from the charity stripe in a win at UIW Saturday. It marked the fifth time in seven games UNO shot 75.0 percent or better from the line.

With a defense in the top five nationally in steals and turnovers, UNO has forced 15+ turnovers 15 times this season and 20+ six times. The Privateers have collected 10+ steals 10 times. UNO is 10-5 when forcing 15-plus miscues.
