NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans Athletics released its COVID-19 policies for Lakefront Arena for the upcoming 2020-21 basketball season. The policies place health and safety of fans, officials, student-athletes, coaches and staff as the utmost importance.
A mask mandate is in place for all students, fans, staff and media in attendance and social distancing guidelines are in effect throughout Lakefront Arena, Pier 504 and the concourse.

- Fans purchasing a ticket will be assigned to the seat(s). If you live in the same household, you may purchase seats together. Overall capacity is set at 500 per game.
- Socially-Distanced Seating
- Your tickets are the game are designated for specific seats, as we will not offer General Admission seating this year.
- Your seats will be at least six feet away from other fans. • At least four open seats will be placed to your party's left and right • The row in front of your seats as well as the row behind you will be left open.
- No Floor Access
- Due to COVID-19 regulations, we will not host fans in courtside seating and fans will not be allowed onto the court after the game.
- For doubleheaders, the women will tip off at 3 p.m. with the men at 6 p.m. Fans are allowed to remain in their seats, although you should know we will sanitize in between games.
- Be sure to conduct a personal health self-assessment prior to departing for Lakefront Arena. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please stay home
- Fever or chills
- Sore Throat
- Cough
- New loss of taste or smell
- Congestion or runny nose
- Fatigue
- Nausea, vomiting or other intestinal issues
- Muscle aches
- MASK UP NOLA
- We ask that you keep your mask on except when eating or drinking.
- ENTRANCE TO GAMES
- We ask that all fans access seating areas via the concourse level. Upon arrival at Lakefront Arena, please proceed to the ramp at the southwest corner of the arena (towards Leon C. Simon Drive and Franklin Avenue) and enter via Gate 1.
- For patrons needing assistance via elevator to access the concourse, please enter at Ground 1, located underneath the ramp in the southwestern corner.
- Possible Schedule Adjustments

- MEDIA PASSES
