NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans Athletics Department and Cumulus Media will continue to air Privateer men's basketball and baseball this season, primarily on The Ticket 106.1 FM.

"Cumulus New Orleans is once again proud to be the home of Privateer basketball and baseball - stay tuned for upcoming UNO games on 106.1 The Ticket, New Orleans only all sports radio station." said Pat Galloway, Regional Vice President for Cumulus Media.

All but three remaining men's basketball games will continue to air on The Ticket 106.1 FM, with Jude Young returning for his 13th season calling Privateer men's basketball. Each broadcast will feature a 15-minute pregame show, as well as full postgame coverage. Games airing on The Ticket 106.1 FM The Ticket will also be available online at theticket1061.com.

UNO's games at Tulane on Nov. 22, at Nicholls on Dec. 7 and at home against UTRGV on Jan. 4 will not air on The Ticket 106.1 FM but will be available to listeners free of charge on UNOPrivateers.com.

In addition, every Tuesday during basketball, Coach Stacy Hollowell will join Jude Young on The Ticket 106.1 FM for a half-hour to discuss the latest in Privateer basketball and take calls from fans. These broadcasts will begin at 6 p.m.

Information regarding baseball radio coverage will be made available closer to the start of the baseball season.
