2007: One of two-left handers on postseason roster, was very solid when possessing control...Had the lowest opponent batting average on staff (.203) among regulars...Was only scored on twice in his final 10 outings...Made NCAA Regional debut in finale against Wichita State.

PRE-NEW ORLEANS: Was part of 2004 Conference Championship team at Weatherford Junior College.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played on two Texas State Championship teams at Elkins High School, and 2002 squad was a National Champion.

PERSONAL: Born on Jan. 30, 1985...Son of Jim and Tara Wagner...Has two younger brothers, Rob and Zach...Majoring in general studies...Father, Jim, played golf at Rice.
