Sinisa Momic is in his seventh season at the helm. In his first year (2009), he guided the Green Wave to the NCAA Tournament. Momic would bring Tulane to the C-USA Championship game in 2013 and guided the school to a 28-4 record along with the largest win turnaround in the NCAA from 2012-13.

Tea Juric leads the team in kills with 183. Juric led the Green Wave in kills in 2014 and was also named Second Team-All Louisiana. The Green Wave are ranked in the top five in their 11-team conference in one category. Tulane's 2.20 blocks per set rank third.  This season, Tulane has gone 1-1 against Southland schools, defeating Nicholls and losing to Sam Houston State.
