HOUSTON – The Lone Star State is where the University of New Orleans (6-8, 0-0 Southland) will start its Conference schedule with a pair of matches, UNO takes on Houston Baptist (7-7, 0-0 Southland) Thursday September 20 at 7 p.m. in the Sharp Gym. And the Privateers wrap up the road trip with match against Texas A&M – Corpus Christi (1-12, 0-0 Southland) Saturday September 22 at 2 p.m. in the Dugan Wellness Center.

True freshman
Amanda Wurster has made the best of her playing time lately collecting 63 assists. UNO has three players with 100+ kills –
Blessing Dunn (118),
Brianna Vega (108), and Grice (106). Grice is among the leaders in the Southland -- first in blocks (68), third in hitting percentage (.324), and tied for second in service aces (17).
Sarah Thomas is fourth in SLC in assists with 369.
HOUSTON BAPTIST
Mikayla Vivens leads the HBU offense with 154 kills on the year and following closely is Kelly Colwell with 127. Colwell leads the Conference in aces with 18 and also, she's third in kills.
TEXAS A&M – CORPUS CHRISTI
Rachel Young is the leader on offense for TAMUCC with 104 kills. Madison Green has dished out 259 assists for the Islanders.
