NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans women's basketball program's season-opening game against the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns that was set for Wednesday, Nov. 25 at the Cajundome has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.
Louisiana announced that its women's basketball team is following the Sun Belt Conference's COVID-19 protocol and had to cancel the contest against New Orleans due to positive tests and contract tracing within the Ragin' Cajun's program.

The Privateers will now open the season with a home clash with Texas State on Saturday, November 28. Tip off for the contest is set for noon at the UNO Lakefront Arena.
SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
Seasons tickets for standalone women's basketball games cost $49 for premium reserved or $39 for reserved seating. New this season, faculty and staff can buy season tickets for $25 for premium reserved or $20 for reserved seating (payroll deductions for employees are available).
