The women's basketball program just wrapped up their record-breaking year which included 13 Southland Conference victories, a new school best for conference wins during a single-season. The Privateers also advanced to the Southland Conference Championships for the fourth straight year.
The junior was one of the most versatile players on the New Orleans squad this season out of the No. 3 posistion. Thomas recorded an average of 6.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.5 steals per contest in 2019-20. She shot 40.2 percent from the field on the year and set a season-high with 13 points against Texas State.
