NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans Golf team will travel to Montgomery, Texas for their penultimate regular season tournament – the Huntsville Toyota Walden Invitational hosted by UTRGV at Walden at Lake Conroe Golf Club on Monday and Tuesday.
FORMAT
36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. The teams will play a shotgun format with tee times starting at 8:00 a.m.
The following other schools are confirmed to compete in the event: Central Michigan, HCU, Houston, Midland CC, Nicholls, North Alabama, Rice, Sam Houston State, Stetson, Tarleton State, Texas A&M Commerce, UIW, ULM,
UTRGV (hosts).

Thomas Artigas will travel to Montgomery, Texas for the Privateers as an independent. The junior is averaging 77.6 this season with his last appearance coming at the Gulf Coast Collegiate. Thomas has never competed collegiately at Walden Lake.

Ryan Fulton took the individual lead into the back nine of the final round before eventually finishing tied for fifth with a tally of 214. Fulton's first round score of 66 tied for the fifth best in school History.
Henry Augenstein also placed in the top 25 for the Privateers after finishing with a 220.

th place with a score of 917. Only
Florian Moosmeier finished in the top-25, and it was the first time no Privateer had finished a single round at par or better since the 2019 Southland Championships.
