Thursday, all fans will be encouraged to wear white for our White Out match. It is also Academic Honors Night. Saturday, the Privateers Go Pink in support of breast cancer awareness.
All matches will be carried on ESPN+.
The Privateers were defeated by a pair of conference opponents on the road to close out the previous week as they lost to Nicholls and McNeese.
Courtney Roundtree tied for a match-high with 12 kills in the Privateers' loss to McNeese on Saturday.
Ryan Williams led the squad for back-to-back matches as she posted another 10-kill performance against Nicholls.
This is familiar territory for the Privateers who were off to an 0-4 start last season in conference play before they picked up their first Southland win. It sparked a team that got hot toward the end of the season, winning four of their last six regular season conference matches.
Roundtree had her seventh match with at least a .300 hitting percentage against McNeese. The junior middle blocker is at 118 kills this season and she also has a block in all but one match on the 2024 campaign.
Dayla Ward returned to the court on Saturday after missing the last month. The freshman libero/defensive specialist was in the libero jersey for the third set against McNeese. She posted a match-high 30 digs against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
