ASSISTANT TRACK AND FIELD COACH CLAYTON O'CALLAGHAN
"Tonight went really well. With it being so early in the season we just wanted to focus on getting some quality work in as we gear up for bigger competitions down the road. We treated this as more of a workout for Emma and Alex and I think they ran smooth especially when you consider this was their first 5Ks on the track. Tomorrow they will turn their attention to the 800 to work on their speed."
