JACKSONVILLE, Fl. - The University of New Orleans beach volleyball (10-11, SLC 3-4) team will face four opponents at the North Florida Invite March 29-30 in Jacksonville, Fl. New Orleans will open the tournament with Mercer at 10 a.m. EST before facing the host North Florida at 4 p.m. EST. On Saturday, The Privateers will take on UAB at 8 a.m. EST before closing out the weekend with the College of Charleston at 11 a.m. EST.
The match against UNF will be live broadcast on
ESPN+.
The last time out, New Orleans finished the Southland Conference Mid-Season Tournament in fourth place with a 3-3 record with wins over Nicholls, San Jose State, and McNeese at the Privateer Beach facility.

With their sweep Wednesday, Mercer is 12-10 with its last four wins over Southern Miss, Jacksonville State, and Emmanuel.
North Florida is 11-7 after concluding its West Coast road trip with a 5-0 sweep over University of the Pacific and a 4-1 victory against Santa Clara at California Polytechnic State University on Sunday. Mariana Feliciano Sanchez

won their 14th match of the season, a team-high their last time out.
The Privateers are looking to avenge a 1-4 loss to UAB earlier in the season. The Blazers are 10-6 overall and have not hit the sand since their dual against New Orleans.
Charleston enters the weekend at 6-10 on the season after going 3-1 at the Sun Belt Mid-Season weekend. The Cougars earned wins over Southern Mississippi, Stephen F. Austin and Louisiana-Monroe.
