NEW ORLEANS – The seventh Tennis at Twilight Gala is two weeks away on November 8 at Chateau Golf and Country Club. The event will begin at 8 p.m. and will feature live music, a gourmet buffet, an open bar and a silent auction with a chance to win great items.
All proceeds will go toward funding for essentials for the Privateers men's and women's tennis programs. To purchase tickets for the event, click

Groovy 7 will provide live music throughout the evening. The event will be emceed by WDSU's Fletcher Mackel.
Prizes that are up for auction include the following:
-Trip to the US Open valued at $7,500
-New Orleans yacht experience
-Dinner for 10 at Katie's in Mid City
-Tennis racket signed by Rafael Nadal
-Tennis membership initiation fee and three months of dues
-Pickleball party courtesy of City Park
The dress code for the event is formal- coat and tie or cocktail attire.
