Anderson, who played for the Buc-kettes under head coach Joey Favaloro from 1980-84, holds school career records with 951 assists, 406 steals and 600 free-throw attempts. She also ranks third in career scoring (1,267 points), second in free throws made (445), second in free-throw percentage (.747) and games played (116). An honorable –mention All-American as a senior, Anderson helped the Buc-kettes go 88-29 in four years and win 20 or more games each season.

As of May 2009, Anderson ranks as the all-time assist leader in UNO history with 935 and is the all-time leader in steals with 406. Anderson ranks sixth in career points with 1,246. To date, no player in UNO history have come within 450 assists or 160 steals of her top marks.
