Privateers finish the season falling in the Mile High City to New Mexico State

The Privateers Volleyball season ended Thursday night with a 3-0 loss to New Mexico State in the Quarterfinals of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament. New Orleans was unable to defeat divisional rival and #1 West seeded New Mexico State after the teams had a tough match three weeks ago at the Lakefront. Mary Wanko had 11 kills to lead Privateer hitters while Junior setter Alison Howard led the Privateers with 33 assists and four blocks. Senior Ann MacMillan led the team in digs in her final match with eight.
