NEW ORLEANS - The University of New Orleans volleyball program will return to the floor on Tuesday to face West Florida at 5 p.m. inside the Human Performance Center.

UNO (2-13, 0-7 Gulf South Conference) will begin the second half of league play after a 10-day hiatus from action. The Privateers' match on Tuesday is the first of three at home this week and the squad's first action since an Oct. 8 loss at West Georgia.

The team's last set of matches saw the return of Laila Hansen after the freshman outside hitter missed a trio of contests. Hansen responded in her return leading UNO in kills with six at Valdosta State and seven more against UWG.

In the Privateers' previous encounter against three-time defending GSC champion UWF (15-8, 7-0 GSC), Hansen led UNO with nine kills. On the season, the freshman from Alaska is averaging a team-best 3.13 kills per set.

Jasmyne Walker is second on the team with two kills a frame followed by Tory Hearn with 1.33 kills a set. Ryan Hamilton is the squad's top setter with 7.62 assists a stanza with Jessie Mouton topping the Privateers with 4.38 digs a set.

The visiting Argos enter the week after having its 12-match win streak snapped at the hands of No. 2 Tampa on Saturday. The defeat to the 20-0 Spartans was also the first loss at home for UWF since 2009.

Lindsay Homme leads an active Argos' offense with 3.51 kills per set. Autumn Duyn adds another 3.19 kills a frame as UWF pounds out 13.8 kills a set as a unit.

Periodically updated stats from the match will be available on UNOPrivateers.com with a live audio broadcast available through GoArgos.com.

Following Tuesday's match, UNO will host North Alabama on Friday at 7 p.m. before Christian Brothers comes to the Lakefront for a 2 p.m. contest on Saturday. Both matches will be played at the Human Performance Center.
