HATTIESBURG, Miss. – University of New Orleans golf improved on day two of the Sam Hall Intercollegiate in Hattiesburg Country Club Tuesday, shooting a tournament low 303 to finish 12
th.
Nolan Lambert paced the way Tuesday with a two-over-par 73 to finish with a 231. Overall,
Parker Johnson (75 in round three) led the club with a 227, followed by
Brady Bennett at 228. The team finished with a 916.
Southland Conference foe Sam Houston State University won the team title with an 857 and Missouri State University's Brad Carpenter moved up eight spots to take the individual crown with a 69 on day three and 211 total.
Mercer's Stanton Schorr soared up 23 slots to tie for second place after a round-low 67 and 212 total.
