INTERIM HEAD COACH BEN HIBBERT
(on opening night)
"It was great to get the competitive season rolling, and even better to do so on our home course! The women started us off with a smooth run for third place as a team with a great mix of returners and new additions scoring in our top five. The men stepped up next and ran a solid race to place second as a team. Evan and Mason have made great progress since last year and it's showing early."
(on Matthew Hansen)
"I thought Matt ran a really clever race. He went out controlled and steadily picked people off to climb to third overall by the end of the night. I was impressed with his composure, and thought it was a great way to celebrate his birthday and start off his season!"
