Bryce Calloway Named Second Team All-American by Baseball America

NEW ORLEANSBryce Calloway was tabbed as an All-American by Baseball America on Friday morning. Calloway earned a spot as a two-way player on the second team, marking his fourth publication in which he's been selected as an All-American.
 
Calloway has also gained All-American status by the following publications:
-American Baseball Coaches Association
-National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association
-Perfect Game
-Baseball America
 
The ABCA voted Calloway as a First Team All-American, the first Privateer to accomplish that feat since Reeves Martin did it in 2019.
 
Calloway hit .390 with a 1.206 OPS and started every game for the Privateers in the 2025 season. The First Team All-Southland selection had 30 extra base hits including 18 home runs. He collected 63 RBI on the season.
 
A star at first base and on the mound, Calloway was a finalist for the John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year award. He had 11 saves on the mound, which led the Southland in 2025 and he earned three of those saves in the Hammond bracket of the Southland Tournament.
 
Calloway collected a hit in 42 of the 54 games he played this season and had 10 games of three or more hits.
