HAMMOND, La. - The University of New Orleans was held without a run for the final seven innings on Tuesday night, allowing Southeastern Louisiana a chance to come-from-behind for an 11-5 win at Alumni Field.

SLU (14-7) pitcher Josh Janway (1-0) came out of the bullpen to yield an unearned run on two hits, while striking out four in his five innings on the mound.

Janway's efforts were followed by an inning apiece by Jacob Ott, Jason Greenleaf and Stefan Lopez as the Lions maintained their advantage late in the game.

UNO (1-19) jumped out to a 5-2 lead after two innings, ending the night for SLU starter Matt Pittari, who exited after failing to register a single out in the second inning after facing three batters.

In the first inning, a Nolan Church double scored Beau Boudreaux for the Privateers' lone tally of the frame.

SLU answered with two runs in the bottom of the first, before the second inning featured four runs by UNO. Two Lions' errors and a wild pitch provided the ammunition the visiting squad needed to put a crooked number on the scoreboard.

The hosts added a single run in the third before taking a 6-5 lead with three runs in the fifth. The scores by SLU ended the longest outing of the season for Robert Ormsbee (0-4), who allowed six runs - five earned - on eight hits, while walking one in five innings.

With the advantage in their hands, the Lions added three runs in the seventh and two in the eight to end their scoring for the evening.

Justin Boudreaux was 3-for-3 with four runs and a RBI to lead the SLU offense with Josh Cryer and Jeff Harkenssee adding four and three RBIs, respectively. Jonathan Pace was 4-for-5 with three runs and two RBIs while Brock Hebert scored two runs on 2-of-3 hitting.

Blake LeBlanc was the lone member of the Privateer roster with at least two hits, going 2-for-4 on the night.

UNO will head to Moraga, Calif. this weekend for a three-game series against St. Mary's. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m. CT on Friday with a pair of 3 p.m. CT starts to close out the series.
