Box Score KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - In a game delayed two hours due to inclement weather, Tennessee swept a mid-week series against the University of New Orleans with an 18-4 victory on Wednesday night.

The loss was a school-record 10th straight for UNO (1-11), who was led at the plate by Blake LeBlanc, who went 2-for-3. LeBlanc has been the hottest hitter as of late for the Privateers, batting 6 of 11 over the last four games.

The Vols posted the first two runs on the scoreboard, taking advantage of a UNO throwing error with two outs in the first inning. The hosts added another run in the second inning to take a 3-0 lead.
In the third inning, the Privateers concluded a 26-inning stretch without scoring a run when Zach Pohto grounded into fielder's choice with the bases loaded, bringing home Steffan Farrell.
Prior to the Farrell's run, UNO had not scored since the second inning of an 11-2 loss to Wichita State before being held off the scoreboard in consecutive losses to UT-Arlington and on Tuesday against the Vols.
UT added six runs apiece in the fourth and fifth inning, before adding two runs in the sixth to take a 17-1 lead.
The Privateers struck for three runs in the eighth inning, getting assistance from a struggling UT bullpen. UNO took advantage of four four walks, a hit batsmen and a Nolan Church single to produce the trio of scores.
UT closed the scoring with a final run in their half of the eight.
UNO pitcher Scott Stonestreet (0-1) worked 3 2/3 innings, allowing eight runs - five earned - on six hits and four walks in his first collegiate start.
