THE GAME:The New Orleans Privateers baseball team (8-15, 2-7 Southland) looks to bounce back from a tough weekend against an NAIA foe in the Loyola Wolfpack (17-18, 5-13 SSAC) on Tuesday at Maestri Field at First NBC Ballpark. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
Â
The Privateers were swept over the weekend and gave up a season-high in runs and homers in a 17-2 loss to Lamar in the series finale on Saturday.

After taking the first two against Middle Georgia State, Loyola lost the series finale 5-0 marking the fifth time the Wolfpack had been blanked this season. The 2-1 weekend was the first winning weekend in conference for Loyola this year.

Individually, John Nicholson paces Loyola's offense, batting .396 and leading the team in hits (38), home runs (3), and RBIs (30). Nicholson also has an on-base percentage of .524.
