Beau Bratton has been consistent at the plate hitting .319 with two homers, three triples, 13 doubles, 25 runs scored, 26 runs batted in. Entering Wednesday, he owns a 13-game hitting streak (.316, one double, seven RBI, five multi-hit games) and has caught every inning during the span.
Owen Magee is tops on the club with .347 clip and the senior has four home runs, three triples, 13 doubles and 25 runs scored while manning the hot corner.
Kyle Arjona (2-3) will get the start against Louisiana. On the season, the right-hander has tossed 37.0 innings with 40 strikeouts. The duo of
John Barr and
Reeves Martin has solidified the backend of the 'pen. Bar has 43 strikeouts in 43.1 innings and has stranded eight of the 20 runners he inherited. Martin has six saves on the year after taking over the closer role and the righty has 41 K's in 36.2 frames.
