NEW ORLEANS – The scheduled Tuesday contest for the New Orleans Privateers baseball team against Southern has been postponed due to inclement weather. It is tentatively rescheduled for 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Heavy rain rolled through in the early afternoon hours, prompting the decision to move the game a day later.
This will be the final scheduled midweek game for New Orleans. The Privateers defeated Southern 10-9 on Mar. 8 at Maestri Field.
