SATURDAY: UNO-LHP Zach Longshore vs. BC-LHP A.J. Colarusso
SUNDAY-TBA vs. TBA

The Privateers' first scheduled midweek game of the season was washed out when they were unable to start the Pelican Cup at Tulane due to rain in the area. That game was moved to Apr. 15 and the Pelican Cup series opener is now on Mar. 25 at Maestri Field.

New Orleans hit .347 in their opening series of the season at West Georgia. The Privateers also slugged nine homers and had 19 total extra base hits. Bryce Calloway led the way after hitting .667 (8-for-12) with four homers and eight RBI.

Bryan Loriga and Collin Husser also had strong debuts at the plate for the Privateers. The duo combined for three doubles, three home runs and six RBI. Loriga was 5-for-12 at the plate while Husser went 4-for-11.

Boston College is one of two teams on the schedule this season the Privateers have never played in program history. Their last win over an ACC school was in 2018 when the Privateers defeated Virginia Tech 4-2 in the Allstate Sugar Bowl Classic.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT
Boston College (1-1) split two games in the opening weekend against USC Upstate. After losing the season opener 10-7, the Eagles won the second game 11-9. The third game was canceled due to inclement weather.

The Eagles stole 12 bases in the first two games of the season including eight in the series opener. Adam Magpoc led the way individually with three steals in as many attempts.

Todd Interdonato is in his second season at the helm of Boston College after guiding Wofford to 455 wins and three Southern Conference titles in 16 years.
