Privateers Set to Face Off Against Jackson State

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Privateers baseball team turns their attention to a home week that starts with hosting the Jackson State Tigers on Wednesday night at Maestri Field. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. and the game will be carried on ESPN+.

Skylar Jones picked up two wins in relief last week after scoreless performances against South Alabama (1.2 innings) and Stephen F. Austin (3.1 innings).

New Orleans has dominated the overall series against JSU, but the Tigers had their largest margin of victory in the last meeting (4/23/24). The Privateers are 68-16-1 against the Tigers. The Privateers have won 43 of their 50 meetings at home against the Tigers.
