In the third, the Colonels added three more runs to their count. Privateer starter
Stephen Potter (0-4) was held responsible for all seven runs on nine hits in three innings.
Alex Smith threw two scoreless innings of relief for UNO before the visiting squad increased their lead to 11-0 in the top of the sixth and 16-0 in the top of the eighth. A scoreless ninth for

Reese Kanter for game-high hitting honors for the Privateers. NSU received a 3-for-4 performance from Brandon Jackson with Keith Cormier and Cody Dufrene joining Barba with a pair of hits.
